As soon as your order is in transit you will receive an email with all tracking details.

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or BFPO addresses.

Delivery & Dispatch

All UK orders

Our shipping partner is determined by the weight of your order:

0-4kg	Royal Mail	48 hour tracked (inc weekend deliveries)	£4.95
5-10kg	DHL	24 hour tracked (no weekend deliveries)	£9.95
10kg+	Parcel Force	24 hour tracked (no weekend deliveries)	£14.95

 

All purchases will be fully tracked; we'll send you tracking information for your order in your shipping confirmation email. Your signature will be required for your delivery.

Please note that whilst most orders arrive promptly, there could be some unavoidable delays to the service.

To ensure that your orders arrives in time for Christmas, please order before 16th December.  Any orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas Day.
