As soon as your order is in transit you will receive an email with all tracking details.

*Customs & imports fees will be applicable and to be paid by the customer. We cannot estimate these in advance and cannot be held responsible for paying them.
Delivery & Dispatch
All UK orders
Our shipping partner is determined by the weight of your order:
- 0-4kg - Royal Mail - 48 hour tracked.
- 5-10kg - DHL - 48 hour tracked.
- 10kg+ - Parcelforce - 48 hour tracked.
All purchases will be fully tracked; we'll send you tracking information for your order in your shipping confirmation email. Your signature will be required for your delivery.
Please note that whilst most orders arrive promptly, there could be some unavoidable delays to the service.
All orders placed after 12pm (noon) on Fridays and at the weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.

Returns & Cancellations
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll endeavour to resolve any issues.
You can return your bottles within a 14 day window.
We ask that any returns are sent back to us in good condition and in the same packaging it was delivered in.
All refunds will be paid to the same bank account within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).
We will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
If you refuse to pay the customs and import duties at your location and as such your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original amount paid minus the shipping cost.
