*All orders are pre-orders will shipping starting from 25th November*

As soon as your order is in transit you will receive an email with all tracking details.

We're currently only shipping to all UK postcodes.  We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or BFPO addresses.

Delivery Restrictions

Unfortunately, due to world wide shipping issues we've taken the decision to remove International shipping.  As we cannot guarantee that orders would arrive before Christmas, we don't want to let anyone down.

We'll look to add our International locations back in in the New Year.

Delivery & Dispatch

All UK orders

Our shipping partner is determined by the weight of your order:

  • 0-4kg - Royal Mail - 48 hour tracked.
  • 5-10kg - DHL - 48 hour tracked.
  • 10kg+ - Parcelforce - 48 hour tracked.

All purchases will be fully tracked; we'll send you tracking information for your order in your shipping confirmation email. Your signature will be required for your delivery.

Please note that whilst most orders arrive promptly, there could be some unavoidable delays to the service.

To ensure that your orders arrives in time for Christmas, please order before 16th December.  Any orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas Day.

Returns & Cancellations

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please drop us an email at returns@jackandvictor.com with your order number and we’ll endeavour to resolve any issues.

You can return your bottles within a 14 day window.  

We ask that any returns are sent back to us in good condition and in the same packaging it was delivered in.

All refunds will be paid to the same bank account within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).

We will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.

If you refuse to pay the customs and import duties at your location and as such your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original amount paid minus the shipping cost.
